How it works

Your history.
In your browser.

Data passes through our server. Your browser stores your history and runs the analysis.

What happened to Oura on the Web?

Oura on the Web, Oura’s browser dashboard, ended on 5 October 2026. Read how to explore your Oura history on a computer after Oura on the Web.

What do I need to connect?

An Oura account with API access. Select Connect with Oura, sign in on Oura’s website and choose what to share. You’ll return here automatically. Oura membership requirements apply. If Oura can’t complete the connection, you can import an Oura export instead.

What does it cost?

Core features. Free forever. Explore your history, choose your charts and export your data. Live data from Gen3 and newer rings needs an active Oura Membership. Premium adds saved chart sets, personal goals and a weekly review you shape for €2.99 a month, or €1.99 a month billed yearly (€23.88 a year), incl. VAT, with 7 days free. Connecting, importing, Day detail, Trends, Your Year, Tag Lab and exports stay free. There is no automatic upgrade. Compare Free and Premium

Do I still need the Oura app?

Yes. Keep using it to sync your ring and for your daily check-in. Daytlas gives you more room to explore that history: compare weeks, put metrics side by side and investigate your habits.

Where is my health data stored?

Your readings pass through this app’s server to connect to Oura, then are cached in your browser. Your Oura connection key is encrypted and kept in a secure cookie that no script can read. Everything travels over HTTPS. Daytlas keeps no health database on its servers. You can disconnect and clear local data in your profile.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Export your available readings as CSV or JSON from your profile. You can also explore a supported Oura export without connecting a ring.

Which features are coming next?

Support for more wearables, such as WHOOP and Polar, is planned. Premium adds saved chart sets, personal goals, a weekly review you shape, a monthly review, sync and backup, and a weekly reminder. Connecting, importing, Day detail, Trends, Your Year, Tag Lab and exports stay free. Oura is available today.

Who makes Daytlas?
