How does the free trial work?
Premium starts with 7 days free, once per account. You add a payment method at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial. We email you 2 days before it ends. If you don’t cancel, your plan continues at €2.99 a month, or €1.99 a month billed yearly (€23.88 a year), incl. VAT, depending on the plan you choose.
Will the basic app stay free?
Yes. Core features stay free forever: connecting your ring or importing a file, your full history, Overview, Day, Trends, Your Year and Tag Lab, the basic weekly overview and CSV/JSON export. Live data from Gen3 and newer rings needs an active Oura Membership.
Do I need a membership with my ring maker?
For a live connection with Gen3 and newer rings, yes: an active paid membership from the ring maker. Daytlas doesn’t include it. Without one, you can import an export file.
Will Premium work with my wearable?
Works today with data from one ring brand, connected or exported. WHOOP, Polar and more are coming. Not sure your data works? Connect or import for free first. No card needed.
What happens if I cancel Premium?
Cancel any time in your account or with “Cancel subscription here” at the bottom of every page, without signing in. Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account returns to Free. Your chart sets, reviews and goals stay in your browser, and you can open and export them for free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you withdraw within 14 days of starting, you get everything back. You also get the unused time back automatically if we change Premium in a way that makes it worse for you and you end it within 30 days of our notice, if live sync stops working for everyone and you cancel within 30 days of our notice, if we stop offering Premium or if you delete your account. If you cancel a yearly plan after it renews, we refund the full months you haven’t started.
What if live sync stops?
Live sync with your ring relies on a third-party service that can change or end at any time. If it ends, you can cancel Premium and get a refund for the unused time.
Who sells Premium?
Polar (polar.sh) sells Premium as our reseller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles taxes and sends your receipt. eazy.studio s.r.o. provides Premium and is responsible for it.
Does signing in sync my history between devices?
No. Your account turns on Premium in your browsers. Ring readings stay in the browser that loads them. Your settings, and with Premium your chart sets, goals and review settings, follow your account to every computer where you sign in.
Is Daytlas a medical service?
No. Daytlas shows your recorded data for general wellness. It doesn’t diagnose conditions or show that a habit caused a change.
